Master Copywriter Leaves Out “Unique Positioning” And Cavalierly Says…

Filed under: Copywriting — Shaune on Tuesday, February 20, 2007

Hello everyone,

Listen close – This is good — Real good!

As you know…

Finding the unique story – the unique angle — the rare benefits — has become an increasingly difficult thing to do.

So…

When you’re writing copy and that rich material actually exists, you need to exploit it…To The MAX

Right? — Of course!

That’s why I was surprised to see that, Brett McFall – Australia’s number one copywriter – is not doing it.

Here’s what I mean…

At the World Internet Summit – An Internet Marketing Event That Brett Hosts – the speakers have to hang around the seminar for all four days.

They must interact with the audience and personally answer their individual questions.

In Other Words, At the World Internet Summit…

You get to meet and greet and pick the brains of Millionaires — something not to be underestimated. These guys charge as much as $1500 for a private consultation.

You’ll only neglect, the power of that last comment, if you haven’t ever paid for a premium consultation. I have. Talk about shaving time off of your learning curve.

At Brett’s event you can get that personalized guidance, for free.

Oh yeah, In case you haven’t guessed…

I’ve been asked to speak at World Internet Summit, Australia. Yes!  : )

That’s how I know this…

In my contract it says, Speaker agrees to be “present all 4 days.”

PLUS…

The way the event is set up, the interaction with established “players,” is ongoing. It’s not a chance thing.

Make no mistake…

- When you go to World Internet Summit you will be in the company on Millionaire Experts

- You will have the chance to ask questions

- Those questions will be relative to your personal marketing needs and circumstances.

Niiiiiice!

I mean it — THIS is a thing — Something not to be taken lightly. It’s very often the “conversations” after marketing events that people most often talk about.

Of course, for other seminars, you have to be “special” to participate. At WIS everyone has the chance!

IT’S HUGE! Okay, enough about that…

Back to Brett’s copy. Admittedly he does focus on these potent benefits…

- $6500 in Bonuses

 - The Only Step-By-Step Internet Marketing Event

- Truly a World-Wide event — 17 Events Successful in 11 Different Countries

- The Only Event With A Private Joint Venture Club — Six-Figure Agreements Are Regularly Created

And Nowhere Else Will You See LIVE…

- The Internet Challenge – A Beginner Creates a Brand New Online Business

Whoa…

You get to see an actual Internet Marketing business get built right before your eyes.

No Theory… Real-Life! Now you know I like that!

Isn’t it unthinkable that The Biggest Benefit — Getting Free, Personalized Advice From Several Millionaires — isn’t even mentioned in his sales letter.

Unreal! Check it out here…

And, let me say this…

The answers to your best questions — what you most want to know – won’t be “light.”

Think about it…

- It’s a bit competitive.

- Everyone wants to be voted “Best Speaker.”

- Everyone wants to win over the audience.

All professional speakers know that one-on-one time is the best way to do it.

This is especially true because your questionss will be answered in a crowd. Others from the audience will be listening in. The opportunity to build credibility, with several people at once, won’t be missed. The questions you ask will get thoroughly answered.

There is no question about it…

Every speaker will be motivated to give away their best knowledge – knowledge specific to your needs.

Yet… It is NOT in the sales letter.

Brett, cavalierly says,

Yeah, We don’t do a good job of promoting that, but it does create a buzz at all our events. You’ll hear people saying, “I just asked __________  __________ and he said that, __________. Every event is electric, because of it.”

I believe it! To me, this is a bit like a Concert.

The more active the audience is the more the singer gives. It’s the same with speaking. The deeper the connection, the greater the experience and Brett makes sure it happens.

He said,

“The attendees want an experience and… So Do The Speakers! Everyone loves the interaction with the audience. It’s a ‘Can’t Miss’ event for our speakers.”

I can’t wait! Here’s what’s in it for you…

This Big benefit isn’t in the sales letter. It’s not obvious to the other attendee’s.

You’re in on it, so you’ll be able take full advantage.

If you go here…

…you’ll get to listen to a great clip of an interview I did with Brett.

Yes, it’s a clip – a golden nugget – one with tremendous value.

Again, it’s here…

Hope to see ya there,  : )

Shaune

PS: The importance of great copy will be talked about “From The Stage.”

PPS: Brett has agreed to let me say this…

- Who in the room is a copywriter? Could you please stand and raise your hand.

- There will be 400 people there. Many of them will know they need copy.

- Land just one client and your trip could be free.

- What if you land two or three?

PPPS: How’s that for a “late” crescendo?  : )
